NEW FEES FOR MULTIPLE SAMPLES

    • There is now a limit of 2 free samples per person per day.

  • Additional samples will now require a $10 fee to be analyzed.

We are at maximum testing capacity and facing financial challenges. Thank you for understanding and respecting our limits. We are doing the best we can in a difficult situation.


Come to our walk-in facilities at 880 East Hastings (near the RayCam centre), and our new site at 245 West Broadway.

    • Our East Hastings location is open Wednesday to Monday from 12 PM and 8 PM.

    • Our West Broadway location is open Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM.

    • We only need a tiny 10mg (0.01g) sample to run an analysis.

    • We can return the sample when the test is done.

    • The whole test only takes 10-15 minutes to perform. However, it can sometimes take much longer if there’s a line up and we are busy.

    • When we are very busy there can sometimes be a 1-2 hour wait for results. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • We can provide results by phone or email if you don’t want to wait. Or you can wait outside for in-person results.

    • It is best to come an hour and a half before our closing time to make sure we can do your test. If you arrive just before closing time, we may not be able to analyze your sample.
