How do we make this anonymous?

We offer various acceptable forms of contact, each with differing levels of anonymity. Our service does not collect any personal information and all contact information is shredded after testing. We do not keep a contact list or any email communications.

By Phone

Your phone could be connected to your personal information. Unless you have a phone without your information attached to it, it will not be anonymous. This is the least anonymous form of contact.

By Email

We do not recommend using your normal email address. There are secure email service providers like protonmail that are anonymous and encrypted. We recommend you make a new email address with this service and use that for communications.

By Code

We post all results on our test results section. On the left hand side under texture and colour, we can include an optional code word. This is the most anonymous form of contact. It comes with some limitations: we cannot ask you further questions about your sample, you will be unable to ask us questions about your results and we will not be able to tell you when your package has arrived or your results are posted.

In-Person

You are welcome to stop by anonymously in person. Wait times will vary as we test on a first come first served basis. Our site is provided amnesty from local authorities as an overdose prevention service. This amnesty is a ministerial order where the federal government has allowed provinces to offer overdose prevention services and police have agreed not to enforce federal drug laws at these services.

Mail-In

Return addresses are not required on mail. Your package can be dropped off at any mailbox in your area and does not have to be delivered to a post office. We recommend weighing and measuring the dimensions before sending to ensure you have included adequate postage.
